Why this service?
Your handle is broken, cracked or flimsy. Or the bat is deteriorating in the shoulder area surrounding the handle. There are minor or major face cracks, wind damage or toe impairment. Alternatively the handle is creating too much stress on the shoulders causing splitting.
What Milestone does
This is our most comprehensive bat service. Your handle is replaced with a new one which can be either round, semi oval or oval shape. The handle is bind and a new grip added. Major and minor cracks are cleaned, filled up and strengthened. The whole bat is lightly sanded and polished. We will need to remove your current stickers, we can either send it back blank or we can apply Milestone stickers.

Specified Weight
Where the specified weight is indicated the workshop will as far as practically possible adhere thereto, but where the form of the willow makes it unfeasible we will use discretion to come as close as possible to your requirement.
Courier Arrangements
Milestone Cricket offers a comprehensive door-to-door courier service for all bat repairs, refurbishments, and custom services.
Once your booking is confirmed, our trusted courier partner will collect your bat directly from your chosen location whether that’s your home, workplace, or school and safely deliver it to our in house workshop, where the service will be carried out by our expert team.
Please ensure your bat is securely wrapped (for example, in bubble wrap, a padded bag, or sturdy box) and that the waybill provided by Milestone is clearly attached to the parcel.
After your bat service is completed, the bat will be couriered back to the same address, and you’ll receive tracking details and updates throughout the process.
The standard two-way courier fee is R250, covering both collection and return delivery. Please note: If your location falls outside main commercial or urban areas, an additional surcharge may apply to accommodate extended courier routes.
