When was Milestone Cricket established?
Milestone Cricket was established in 2020, starting from humble beginnings with a clear vision to bring quality, affordable cricket gear to South African players. Since then, we’ve grown rapidly into a proudly local brand, serving players of all ages and levels across the country.
Today, Milestone is a full-service cricket brand. Whether you need softs, customised bats, team kit solutions, coaching gear, commercial deals, or even something specific like bowling machines, we aim to deliver. Our journey has been one of passion, growth and constant improvement.

How does shipping/courier work when products are ordered?
We use trusted national courier partners like Aramex to ensure reliable delivery to your doorstep, wherever you are in South Africa. Most orders are delivered within approximately 2 working days, and we also offer overnight shipping options for urgent deliveries.
We deliver to any physical address nationwide, including your home, office, school or club, whatever is most convenient for you. All parcels are trackable, and we’ll provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
If you're making use of our bat services, we’ve made the process just as smooth. We’ll arrange for your bat to be collected from your address, brought to our workshop, and returned to you once the service is complete. It’s all about making things easy and efficient on your end.
To which players does Milestone provide Ambassadorships?
We reward sponsorships to exceptional talent. Our criteria are based on competency and a rigorous
analysis is conducted to evaluate the potential of a player. Current & historical statistics, the full
cricket CV and performance off the field, are all aspects that the Selection Committee reviews.
Milestone Cricket also pays attention to players with extraordinary stories. What payment options are available when I purchase gear?
You can pay securely online via: Visa and Mastercard credit cards, cheque cards and debit cards,
Instant EFTs (via Internet Banking), Mobicred, Masterpass, SCode, RCS Store Cards, SnapScan and Zapper. Your information security and integrity is our number one priority.
If you prefer a more personal approach, you're also welcome to work directly with one of our team members or agents via WhatsApp or phone call. In that case, we’ll guide you through everything and a simple EFT can be arranged.
What happens if my bat breaks?
At Milestone, we put a lot of care into selecting only the best quality English willow for our bats. Every bat is professionally prepared to ensure strong handles, well-pressed blades, and durability you can count on.
That being said, cricket bats are made from wood, which is a natural material. Over time, it’s completely normal for wear and tear to occur, and in some cases, bats may break.
All newly purchased bats come with a six-month warranty. Our full Bat Warranty policy explains how we deal with different types of breakages. If there’s a clear manufacturing issue, we’ll usually replace the bat. If the damage is less serious, we’ll often do a repair at no cost. In other cases, especially where the bat has been used for a long time or the damage is more extensive, we can still help by offering our repair services at standard rates.
We always try our best to help wherever we can and provide the best service possible to keep you playing with confidence.
Can I receive discount on my orders?
Yes, we do provide discount in one of three scenarios:

Which Bat Repair Service should I book?
Under the Bat Services tab a detailed description of each bat service is outlined. It indicates under

Where does Milestone get its supply?
We have a combination between domestically produced and internationally sourced items, at
different stages of the production line.
Certain goods are sourced from around the globe to ensure the highest possible quality and durable gear. We have close connections with suppliers in India, Pakistan and the UK.
We also partnered with highly qualified designers, safety experts, consultants and quality inspectors to perpetually ensure the standard of our world-class equipment.
What clefts does Milestone use?
Only the most durable, handpicked English Willow is used. We accept nothing less than perfection
when it comes to our clefts.
How long does courier of ordered products take?
Delivery usually takes around 2 to 4 working days, but it can vary slightly depending on where you're based. We deliver all over South Africa, whether you're in a big city or a smaller town, and can drop off at your home, office, school, or wherever suits you best.
We also offer overnight delivery for those urgent orders, and you’ll get a tracking number to keep an eye on things as your parcel moves.
When it comes to bat services, you don’t need to stress about the logistics. We’ll send a courier to collect your bat, bring it to our workshop for repairs or preparation, and then send it straight back to your door when it’s done. We try to make the process as smooth and convenient as possible from start to finish.
Does Milestone offer bat customisation?
Yes, we provide bat customization options. You can specify all the measurements, shape, profile and
weight of your blade which we then uniquely craft to your specs. The crafting takes place from a raw

Absolutely. We offer full customisation on our range of kitbags. This includes the type of bag (wheelie, duffle, or duffle wheelie), size, and your choice of branding or logo printing.
We can also personalise each bag with player initials, making it a standout favourite among school first teams and cricket academies. It creates a uniform, professional look that adds pride and identity to any squad.
