Milestone Cricket offers a comprehensive door-to-door
courier service for all bat repairs, refurbishments, and custom services.

Once your booking is confirmed, our trusted courier partner
will collect your bat directly from your chosen location whether that’s your
home, workplace, or school and safely deliver it to our in-house workshop,
where the service will be carried out by our expert team.

Please ensure your bat is securely wrapped (for example, in
bubble wrap, a padded bag, or sturdy box) and that the waybill provided by
Milestone is clearly attached to the parcel.

After your bat service is completed, the bat will be
couriered back to the same address, and you’ll receive tracking details and
updates throughout the process.

The standard two-way courier fee is R250, covering both
collection and return delivery.

Please note: If your location falls outside main commercial or urban areas, an additional
surcharge may apply to accommodate extended courier routes.
