At Milestone, our commitment to swift delivery is unwavering. We recognize the urgency often associated with acquiring gear for games or practice, especially when replacing broken equipment. Therefore, our dedicated efforts are centered on expediting the delivery process to meet your needs promptly. We strive tirelessly to ensure that this service is fulfilled with utmost efficiency.

During the checkout and payment procedure on our website, our clients enjoy the liberty to designate their preferred delivery location. This flexibility allows for convenience in receiving the ordered items at a location of their choosing.

However, it is crucial that clients exercise due diligence in accurately submitting all necessary information, including the correct postal code, to facilitate smooth and timely deliveries. In the event of incorrect shipping details provided by the client, Milestone cannot be held liable for any resulting delivery errors or delays.

Given our diverse stock locations across the country, Milestone reserves the discretion to dispatch either a single parcel or multiple parcels through different courier transits to your specified address. This decision is made with the aim of optimizing the delivery process and ensuring that your order reaches you efficiently.

 

PRICING STRUCUTRE

At Milestone, our pricing structure is tailored to meet the unique specifications of each parcel. We refrain from applying a standardized, fixed rate for our courier services, instead determining charges based on the specific contents and dimensions of the client's parcel.

Our pricing calculations take into account several key factors, including the parcel's dimensions in length, width, and height, as well as its volumetric weight. Additionally, considerations such as the urban or rural nature of the delivery location, the proximity of the delivery address to our distribution centers, and relevant variables pertaining to our network of third-party outsourced courier companies contribute to the determination of pricing.

During the checkout process, clients will encounter a dedicated courier line item charge at the payment stage. This transparent inclusion ensures clarity and accuracy in understanding the associated courier fees.

Moreover, it is important to note that, in alignment with our commitment to providing competitive and fair pricing, Milestone retains the exclusive authority to periodically review and adjust courier prices without prior notice.

In instances where delivery attempts by Milestone or appointed third-party courier services fail due to the client's unavailability to receive the parcel, Milestone may impose reasonable additional charges to rearrange the delivery.

 

DELIVERY TIME

At Milestone, our primary objective is to ensure efficient delivery within a targeted timeline of 7 working days. However, our continuous efforts are directed towards exceeding this by an even quicker delivery timeframe.

Our optimal delivery schedule is structured to allocate 2 days for packaging and processing, followed by a subsequent 3-day timeframe for transportation.

Despite our concerted efforts, unforeseen circumstances or various external factors may occasionally impact the anticipated delivery timeline. In such instances, where delivery extends beyond the expected schedule, Milestone undertakes a proactive approach by promptly communicating updates, information, and the reasons for any delay to our clients.

SPECIAL COURIER ARRANGEMENTS

Milestone will cover, under the normal courier rates charged, the amount of items, of any kind up to and including the amount of products that can reasonably fit into 2 ordinary-sized kitbags. If the amounts of products ordered, exceeds such amount, the client hereby consents that Milestone may reach out separately, and charge a fair top-up courier fee.

In instances where clients desire specific delivery notes & instructions, including simultaneous delivery with another client, delivery on public holidays, or delivery outside working hours, Milestone aims to accommodate such requests. However, to facilitate these specialized arrangements, we require clients to communicate their preferences within 24 hours of placing the order. This advanced notice allows us to efficiently organize and execute these tailored delivery conditions if possible and reasonable.

At Milestone, we extend the option of overnight courier services in specific circumstances, facilitating the prompt delivery of parcels within the next day. Should a client opt for this service, the client must telephonically discuss and confirm the details of such a delivery arrangement. The utilization of our overnight courier service may incur additional charges as deemed appropriate by Milestone.

It is important to note that we cannot provide any advance assurance or guarantee of such overnight delivery.

 

ANCILLARY MATTERS

For any specific inquiries, requests, or questions concerning our shipping policy or general courier procedures, we encourage clients to promptly contact a designated Milestone Team Member. Our commitment extends to providing comprehensive assistance and swiftly addressing any concerns that may arise. 

We prioritize efficient resolution to ensure a seamless delivery experience for our clientele. Our dedicated team is readily available to offer guidance, clarify shipping policies, or assist in resolving any challenges that may impact the delivery process.

Applicable to this Repair Policy are the dispute resolution provisions outlined in the Terms of Service policy available on our website. Additionally, the clauses relating to the Jurisdiction of the Magistrate Court and Domicilium Citandi Et Executandi are also applicable. We emphasize that all disputes and disagreements should be approached in line with the principles of therapeutic jurisprudence and restorative reconciliation.
